Sterile isolation devices are installed in the filling section and vertical ultrasonic cleaning section, to ensure the production under sterile conditions. FFU system: Special air inlet and duct design, low pressure loss, uniform air pressure diffusion, average and stable air velocity on the air outlet surface, metal structure with downwind inner liner. Partition management, separate control. When the door is opened at ORABS isolation system, the machine automatically shuts down. The operator does not directly intervene, and can use sterile gloves for operation. In the meantime, a glove leak detection device can be equipped to reduce the waiting time for production self-cleaning. It has the functions of no bottle stop filling and no bottle no sucking plug.

Bottle Sorting & Cleaning: Empty bottles are sorted by the unscrambler, and enter the vertical ultrasonic bottle washing machine for multi-directional internal and external cleaning, to remove impurities and pollutants.
Sterilization & Drying: The cleaned bottles enter the hot air circulation oven for high-temperature sterilization and drying, to remove residual moisture and achieve sterile standard.
