The spray filling production line is a liquid production line customized according to the customer's bottle type. The production line consists of a bottle sorting machine, a linear filling machine, a double station capping machine, and a vertical self-adhesive labeling machine. After manually pouring the bottles into the storage bin, the equipment automatically completes bottle sorting, quantitative liquid filling, vibration tray sorting spray nozzle, sorting outer cap, positioning nozzle installing, out cap installing, screwing cap, and labeling. The filling equipment has the functions of no filling without bottles, no installing nozzle and out cap without bottles. Widely used in industries such as pharmaceuticals, food, and chemicals.

The high-speed filling production line consists of a vertical bottle washing machine, a hot air circulation oven, a tracking type liquid filling machine, a screw type powder filling machine, a tracking type cap rolling machine, a lamp inspection machine, and a labeling machine.  Sterile isolation devices are installed in the filling section and vertical ultrasonic cleaning section, to ensure the production under sterile conditions. FFU system: Special air inlet and duct design, low pressure loss, uniform air pressure diffusion, average and stable air velocity on the air outlet surface, metal structure with downwind inner liner. Partition management, separate control. When the door is opened at ORABS isolation system, the machine automatically shuts down. The operator does not directly intervene, and can use sterile gloves for operation. In the meantime, a glove leak detection device can be equipped to reduce the waiting time for production self-cleaning. It has the functions of no bottle stop filling and no bottle no sucking plug.
