Function and Introduction:

This production line is suitable for 50ml glass oral liquid bottles with metal threaded caps.  It consists of a bottle washing machine, a hot air circulation oven, a filling and capping machine, and a labeling machine.  It can automatically complete the washing, drying, filling, capping, and labeling of oral liquid bottles, and has the function of no bottle no filling.  Adopting ultrasonic cleaning, linear plunger pump filling, electromagnetic vibration automatic cap feeding, three blade centrifugal cap rolling, positioning labeling, the production line runs stably, with simple and convenient operation, reasonable design, and easy for operation and maintenance.
