Container Conveying: Clean glass containers are fed into the equipment through the feeding end, and stably conveyed by the food-grade stainless steel mesh belt/chain.
High-Temperature Sterilization & Drying: The container passes through the heating section, and is heated evenly by the upper and lower far-infrared heating tubes. The high temperature quickly evaporates the residual moisture inside and outside the container to achieve sterilization and drying.
Moisture Exhaust & Cooling: The evaporated water vapor is discharged out of the equipment in real time through the independent moisture removal system; the dried container enters the cooling section for rapid cooling to reach the temperature standard for downstream filling.
Discharging Output: The cooled, clean and dry sterile containers are output from the discharge end, and directly enter the filling process of the production line.
